We didn’t have any formal minutes taken. Pam DeSantis helped out by jotting down a few notes.

* Meeting called to order at the home of Stephen Cade.

* Discussed Fall State Meet.

* Gerry Goodrich was able to re-finish the plaques for the State Meet.

* T-shirt design by Rick Courtier was approved.

* Discussed possible drive on Sunday after State Meet ends to DuBarry Hall, Green Springs and Swamp House Grill.

* Next meeting will be held at John and Pat Meinelt’s house on September 12th, in Deland.

* New Member: George Budlong attended today’s meeting.

* Meeting adjourned.
