Minutes of March 14th 2009 Meeting

President Gerry Goodrich called the meeting to order in the office of the Old Town, Kissimmee, location where we were attending the “Studebakers at Old Town” Saturday cruise-in.  Present were:  Stephen and daughter Mary Cade, Orva Kaufman, Michael and Ronda Scarabino with their guest, 6-year old Drew, Robert and Jacquie Potter, Don and Edith Fifer, and Gerry and Carol Goodrich.

There was no update on the Florida State Meet in Deland.  Although unable to attend, Martha Cade sent 100 copies of the registration form and they were distributed before our meeting to all present for the short get together held by the sponsors of our Old Town cruise-in—the Sunshine Chapter. Edith took the remainder to hand out after the meeting.

New Business:
Our next meeting was set for April 18 at the pole barn in Gainesville.  President Goodrich and Carol, and Don and Edith Fifer will be unable to attend.  Consensus of discussion was that Stephen Cade will check with Jerry Fairchild and Ronnie to see if their schedule will allow us to change the date. Martha Cade was not present but, as Tour Master, will let us know the April date.

John Meinelt did not attend. However, the dates of the Cairo, GA, cruise in are May 8, 9, and 10. If you plan to caravan to Cairo with John, please let him know. Orva Kaufmann, Treasurer, gave her report—Balance is $xxx.xx

Meeting was adjourned by Gerry Goodrich. There was no 50/50 raffle.
