Submitted by Martha Cade: The meeting was called to order by Michael Scarabino at I pm after a tour of Don McCullen's business, Coachbuilders and his private car collection. Michael opened the meeting with thanks to Don and Donna McCullen for hosting the meeting ant to Stephen Cade for providing the BBQ lunch. There were 40 members and friends in attendance. Orva Kaufmann gave the Treasurer's Report (see above).

Old Business

Michael introduced the new officers for 2007 (see above).

The 2007 Event Calendar was discussed (see above).

New Business:

Website

Danny Thomas mentioned that he had not kept our website current because of the lack of new information to post. There was discussion about whether or not we should keep the website. The club decided unanimously that we should. Danny asked that members send pictures, tech tips and the minutes to him each month.

SDC International Meet

Ed Reynolds put out a request for award sponsors. Our club decided to sponsor 10 awards at $35 each.

Membership Roster

Carol Goodrich will mail the 2007 roster in the next newsletter.

Studebaker Museum, Southbend, IN

Stephen Cade suggested that our club make a donation to the new museum if we are not hosting a state or zone meet in the next two years. No decision was reached.

National Officers

Edith Fiefer is running against Stephen Wiler for the office of Florida Regional Manager. The ballots are on page 9 of the January Turning Wheels. Please vote before April 1, 2007
